The bag is good overall. It holds a lot of garments, cosmetics and various items. Lots of pockets which are convenient. The only complaint I have is not on the product; I thought it came with a small bag to fold it up in but it doesn’t. That was surprising to me as the picture in the advertisement shows a small bag with it. And the video ad shows folding the bag and fitting it inside a matching bag for storage.

I had purchased two Foldies using a BOGO promotion a year ago. I had used only one of the bags once and when I went to use it a second time, the crossbody strap broke. I contacted Foldie and I sent them a photo of the issue and they shipped me a new strap which arrived about 10 days later. It is in good shape and appears to be durable, but the proof will be known soon, as I'm taking it on a big 3 week trip shortly. I was very pleased with how responsive the customer service team was to my issue and how diligent they were in ensuring they helped rectify the situation. Great job to the Foldie Team!

The Foldie is a personal item you can take on a flight and store under your seat. It doesn't count towards checked baggage, so you can bring it along with your carry-on for free. This saves you money and is a hassle-free way to travel with your belongings.

We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap. For more stubborn stains, simply wash the Foldie in your washing machine on max. 30°C. Please remove the crossbody strap of the travel bag before washing. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry. Please make sure the Foldie is completely dry before storing it away.

The Foldie has multiple pockets that are conveniently located for easy access and storage. There's a large front pocket with double zippers for items you need to access easily during travel, a trolley sleeve with an integrated pocket on the back, and a large main compartment with a wet pocket with zipper, two open pockets on the inside.

The Foldie is made of durable 290D twill-polyester material, which is water-resistant. It features premium YKK zippers for a smooth and reliable opening and closing experience. The lining is also reinforced with double stitching to prevent ripped seams, making it extra durable.
