Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from us — but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. Whether you’d like to return an item, arrange an exchange, or report a damaged Foldie, please contact us at:

We’re here to help and will guide you through the next steps.


1. Returns

We offer returns within 60 days of delivery so you can shop with confidence.

To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@the-foldie.co.uk. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Return Conditions

Items eligible for return must be:

  • New, unused, and in original condition

  • Inclusive of all original tags, packaging and components

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

  • Returned with all accessories (such as straps) included

Please ensure the item is securely packaged for return.

Items that show signs of use or are returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Foldie arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible at support@the-foldie.co.uk and include:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Your full name and delivery address

Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund as appropriate.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider — refunds can take time to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there may be processing delays.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@the-foldie.co.uk.


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your Foldie for a different colour or product, please contact us at support@the-foldie.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.


6. Discount Codes

Offers received via email marketing are valid only on orders placed through the applicable email link during the promotional period.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
