UK: 4 - 8 business days
We have partnered with a delivery service that offers CO2-neutral shipping. We feel it is part of our duty to think about the environment. Slower delivery means 30% less carbon offset. To compensate for the waiting time, we offer free shipping on all orders - all year round.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your location. While we'll do our best to get your order to you quickly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order through our email confirmation email or by searching for your order here "Track my order".
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 15 business days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@the-foldie.co.uk. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund. Your order might have gone missing during transit.
How can I return/exchange my order?
During our BOGO promotion, exchanges are not available. However, please feel free to contact us via email (support@the-foldie.co.uk), and we'll be happy to offer you a special price on an additional purchase.
