I bought everyone in my family one of these for Christmas on a great sale. We haven’t used them yet, but we plan to take them on a flight and cruise in two weeks. So far I am impressed with the size and quality of the bag, but most of all the great customer service. One of my bags arrived with a huge gash from the carrier. I never got a response from the carrier when I contacted them, but Foldie was quick to respond and to correct the issue. They sent me a new bag immediately without a lot of hassle. Thank you! The Foldie backpack is a personal item you can take on a flight and store under your seat. It doesn't count towards checked baggage, so you can bring it along with your carry-on for free. This saves you money and is a hassle-free way to travel with your belongings.

We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap. For more stubborn stains, simply wash the Foldie in your washing machine on max. 86°F. Please remove the crossbody strap before washing. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry. Please make sure the Foldie is completely dry before storing it away.
